What we collect
If you send an enquiry we keep the company name, country, role, message, and the contact details you give us. Optional volume notes stay optional. The site also stores the privacy choice you make, plus ordinary security logs needed to keep the site working.

We use that information to reply to retailer and distributor conversations, to keep the site secure, and to honour your cookie choice. We don’t sell it, and we don’t run optional analytics unless you switch them on.
